Welcome Break is part of the Applegreen Group and has six sites across Northern Ireland. This is a fast-moving, fun, and rewarding role, where you’ll lead and motivate Team Members to deliver superb customer service, consistently round the clock. So, whether you join in our Forecourt, Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, Costa, Chopstix, Lavazza, or Greggs crew.

If you are friendly, welcoming and ready to join a hard-working team, then you could make a fantastic Supervisor in one of our Applegreen/ Welcome Break sites. You’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your leadership skills and excel in your role. If you want it, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into management roles through our internal career path.

Your experience:

You’ll already have experience of leading teams in a customer service environment, ideally in the retail or catering sector.

Due to responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over. Hourly rate of pay will differ for under 23’s.
