Velindre Cancer Centre (VCC) is a core service of the Trust, and one of the leading non-invasive oncology centres in the UK. The Velindre Futures Programme will bring service development and change into the heart of the cancer service.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and methodical individual to join the Service Improvement Team at Velindre Cancer Centre. The role of the Service Improvement Business Analyst will join the Service Improvement team who are a part of the wider Operational Services and Delivery Directorate within Velindre Cancer Centre who are committed to providing support to all services within VCC to ensure delivery of quality care to our patients.
The post holder will be a source of expertise in the modelling and mapping of business processes. They will undertake the preparation and analysis of advanced business intelligence to support organisation development and core service delivery ensuring that Directorate Leads, Senior Managers and Operational Staff have the information they require to deliver the highest quality and most appropriate services to our customers / service users.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
