Role: 1st Line Support Engineer

Location: Bathgate. Scotland

Salary: £25K DOE

A fast-growing business in Scotland are looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.

As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will report into the IT Manager and provide technical support across different sites. Your day-to-day role will consist of managing and logging incoming calls, utilising your technical knowledge to interpret customer requirements and escalating tickets when required.

If you are someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude and has a drive to develop as an IT professional, then this could be the role for you!

What you can bring to the team:

**1+ Years Experience working in IT

**Experience working with / certifications within ITIL

**Experience working with Windows OS/10 and OS

**Experience working with Office 365

**Experience with Networking (basic)

**Full UK Driving License (essential)
