You will be joining our busy Service Desk team, providing the first point of contact for IT support at the University. Information Systems Services support a range of exciting projects and IT services for staff and students at the University. The role is based at Lancaster’s Bailrigg campus and operates in line with the University’s agile working policy.

You will have a broad range of IT knowledge and customer-facing work experience and be able to combine IT and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus to ensure that we provide excellent service to our staff, students, and visitors. An understanding of Lancaster University, its people, IT systems, and processes is desirable but not essential.
