Our Service Desk Analysts are the first point of contact for all technical issues encountered by our colleagues. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service, managing and resolving support tickets in a timely manner and escalating any major issues where appropriate.

We’re always looking for ways to improve what we do so you’ll also be responsible for implementing new ideas to reduce the number of queries and issues we receive on the service desk.

You’ll be required to support our Leeds and Grimsby offices, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Experience RequiredYou’ll have previous experience supporting colleagues with technical issues from either an IT support background or as a technology subject matter expert in an office environment. You’ll have a good understanding of IT systems and applications including Office 365, Windows 10, VPNs, and a basic understanding of networking.

A good understanding of Active Directory is desired however, if you’ve got a basic understanding of account management and password resets we want to hear from you too.
