Portable Toilets Ltd is a well-established family run business, we are one of the largest toilet hire companies in the UK.

PTL are currently recruiting for a reliable, flexible can-do attitude driver to join our team at our Oxford based depot.

For this position, apart from driving a 3.5ton commercial vehicle no experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Drivers duties and responsibilities includes:

The main purpose of the role will be to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle with vacuum tank to service, empty, restock, clean, and to also deliver, move and collect toilets across your assigned route the areas we cover currently are the Home Counties and London areas.

On occasions you may be required to work in the yard cleaning and repairing toilets if needed.

Must have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail is essential.

Drivers are responsible for checking vehicles daily and reporting any defects.

Candidate will require a good level of fitness and be able to complete manual handling duties: with the ability to move products which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting all in line with the Health & Safety regulations.

This role can be a very varied role that allows you to work and gain experience in different areas of the company.

Requirements:

· A full driving licence (1 year preferred)

· A good level of fitness and be able to complete manual handling duties.

Working Days - Monday – Friday with weekend and bank holidays overtime opportunities

Full Time Hours - 45 hours per week

Salary: £13.05 per hour

After 45hrs - Overtime Rate @ £15.00 per hour
