Service Coordinator

£22,000 - £26,000 + Training + Progression + 28 Days Holiday + Pension

Are you an Service Coordinator or similar with a background in scheduling / coordination looking to work within a close knit team inside a stable company who will provide you with in house training and the opportunity to progress professionally within the company?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a growing facilities maintenance company who have recently opened up new offices and are looking for a new Service Coordinator to help with scheduling of work carried out by engineers.

This role will revolve around the scheduling of work that needs to be carried out at the facilities managed by the company. Liasing with clients to understand what work needs to be carried out, engineers to plan their schedules and suppliers to ensure that all materials are available for work.

This role would suit a Service Coordinator or similar who is looking to step into a tight knit, friendly team that will help them develop professionally within a growing company that can provide training and progression.

The Role

  • Scheduling engineer’s diaries
  • Liasing with clients
  • Ensure availability of materials
  • Monday - Friday 8 - 5 ( Either 8 - 4:30 or 8:30 - 5)

  • Service Coordinator or similar
  • Commutable to Hebburn
