We are currently recruiting a Services Coordinator for a part-time (3 days per week job share) permanent opportunity based in Airdrie. Good rate of pay and pension as well as a flexible approach to hours of work/time off. 25 days Pro-rata holiday. This role will involve liaising with clients scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts, Repairs and Commissioning work. Offering clients an exceptional customer service you will also carry out all contract administration. All communications and work is business to business primarily within the scientific and healthcare sectors. Duties:-To log and schedule incoming service requests, monthly due works, dealing with every call/email in a professional and personable manner
  • To monitor and record the response to client requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service
  • To control the administration of the systems in place for engineers (calendar etc)
  • To monitor the response of Engineers to Planned Maintenance/Reactive works and to ensure follow up works are logged and completed
  • To upload and update Quality system KPI Summary
  • Assist in the administration of setting up new contracts.
  • To liase with Clients for engineer inductions
  • To gather and distribute info from Clients relating to requirements for calibration works (as per Quality System needs)
  • Issue paperwork to engineers (workbooks etc)
  • Assist with Engineers for booking hotels/ferry’s
  • Issue Risk Assesssments to engineers and clients
  • Adhoc administration to support the business Experience and Skills:
  • Experience within a similar Helpdesk/Service/Contract Administrator position
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills including MS Word and Excel
