About The Role
  • Day to day communication with engineers; allocating call outs and confirming with clients.
  • Day to day communication with customers receiving fault call outs and scheduling visits.
  • Scheduling monthly planned maintenance appointments and arranging engineering resources.
  • Following up with customers following engineering visits.
  • Working closely with the service supervisor and engineering manager
  • Ensuring that contracted call out response times are achieved.
  • Invoicing of call outs and day works.
  • Supporting team members when required and undertake any other tasks that may arise.
About The Candidate
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • To be able to manage multiple people with different skill sets.
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Ability to react to incoming fault call outs.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • To be able to manage customer expectations.
  • Must be polite & courteous and be able to develop a good professional communicative relationship with our customers.
  • A background dealing with, and scheduling field-based engineers would be a benefit.
  • Willing and able to work well with a team, but also have the ability to work well individually.
  • PC literate.
  • Good time management and communication skills is a must!
