Role Overview

To provide Customers with a reliable and responsive service from a team of engineers. Working as part of the service control team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction from the service operation, by focussing on quality and efficiency of service dispatch and control. To meet service response, health and safety, operational and financial targets defined in the job description.

Responsibilities

Engage & promote company H&S procedure’s & culture

Resolving Engine Faults

Assigning Engineers to jobs - Warranty/Chargeable/Internal/Services

Supplier Issues/Request

Debtor Query/Dispute

Engineer site visit follow up

Warranty Process & Claim Submission

Managing/Resolving VOR/Breakdowns promptly

WIP - Chargeable/Warranty

Parts ordering

Technical assistance - Customers/Engineers

Quotes & Estimates

Engineer reporting, accuracy and timely

Responsibility for the management of the engineer team coaching and H&S adherence.
