Q.Who are we looking for?
A. Someone who is professional, has a smart appearance and excellent customer facing skills. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy

Q.What will you be doing on a daily basis?
A. You will be welcoming every customer to the centre and establishing their needs before directing them to the most appropriate team member, ensuring all customers are well attended to and assisting them when appropriate

Q.What experience do you need?
A. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers. It is important to have an impeccable standard of personal presentation and the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members

Q.What training will you receive?
