We are looking for a strong administrator to join our service team to accurately plan in maintenance and repair works for our team of UK based service/installation engineers. The successful candidate must be assertive while friendly and with the ability to remain calm under pressure and possess the following attributes: Accuracy, attention to detail, accountability, good memory retention with an eagerness to learn the technical side of our business;

Job description

  • Plan PPM, reactive and installation works inline with customer contracts, demand and requirements for our engineers across the UK.
  • Fulfil all communication requirements to a very high standard both written and verbal with customers, suppliers, and field-based staff, ensuring all customers receive high quality customer service, escalating to senior staff promptly where required.
  • Complete administrative tasks where required to include but not limited to; quotations, processing jobs for invoicing, work permits, certification.
  • Follow all company processes and record keeping procedures.
  • Process sales, purchase, and stock orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring our engineers are equipped with parts, tooling and equipment as needed to complete each job without disruption.
  • On completion of training, demonstrate good product knowledge throughout, offering an accurate service level and advice line to our customer base.

Skills and experience required.

  • High standard in Microsoft office in particularly word, excel and outlook
  • Previous use of a CRM systems and planning programmes / bespoke systems
  • Able to manage/prioritise own workload and work independently
  • Drive to meet targets and constantly improve output of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is of upmost importance
  • Customer focused with strong communication and organisation skills
  • Previous experience scheduling for field engineers

Hours of work;

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm

Friday 8.30am to 4pm
