We’re looking for a naturally caring individual who’s dedicated to helping others in need to join our team! You’ll be working at our vibrant, modern scheme at Ryde Village on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), fixed term contract for 12 months.


In this role, you’ll be assisting assist the Registered Manager onsite to deliver a high level of care for residents, ensuring care is compliant with CQC regulations and that all health & safety protocol is followed.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of managing a team within a social care setting.

The 35 hours are to be worked flexibly on a rota basis covering early morning, afternoon and early evening. You must hold a full, current driving licence and have access to a vehicle, for which a generous mileage allowance will be paid. You will also be paid travel time between visits!

At Ryde Village you will be working with our dedicated team of Wellbeing Carers that assist customers with personal care, getting to appointments, light domestic duties, meal preparation and social outings and activities, with the aim of promoting independence, choice and dignity!
