This fantastic gaming company are seeking a talented individual to join their dedicated UX & Design team in Manchester. It is a brilliant opportunity an experienced UX Designer to further their career and improve CX for a well-known brand.

This client are dedicated to providing the industry’s best technology platform and optimising the brand’s online products. Over the past 5 years they have built and delivered a seamless gaming platform for their devoted customer base; as part of continued growth they are seeking a Senior UX Designer to become a key asset to the team.

This role will see you work incredibly closely with a squad-based team and produce stunning wireframe and prototype solutions for the brand’s websites and apps. You will also collaborate with the Senior UI Designer to ensure the core aesthetics are applied to your solutions; it’s key that the end solution is user friendly, so it’s very important you’re part of the visual output too!

Key Responsibilities

  • Join forces with your squad and the Head of UX & Design to provide the best experience to your gaming customers
  • Your wireframes and prototypes will be based on best practice, data insight, user testing and various other processes and tools like CRO, Google Analytics, Industry Research, Competitor Analysis et al.
  • Confidently carry out the full UX process and bring your experience to the team to help shape our new design methodologies moving forward
  • Present you work internally and externally and communicate your design decisions effectively

Ideal Candidate

  • Expert at using Sketch & Figma for wireframing and building basic and advanced prototypes for user testing
  • Confident in designing for multiple mediums i.e Responsive Web, iOS & Android, CMS
  • Any interaction design skills (eg. Animation, transitions, movement)
  • User-testing (writing test scripts and experience in using testing tools)
  • A good understanding of HTML & CSS for tweaking areas of a website if necessary
