The Team:

Our Treasury Team is a vital part of our business and oversee all elements of cash management and are treated as trusted advisors on financial matters throughout the business.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Support the Head of Treasury with the enhancement and implementation of the group’s liquidity risk management framework.
• Aid in the development and implementation of the businesses approach for monitoring and management of Liquidity, Capital and Credit Risk.
• Oversight of all cash management activity across the group.
• Support the Head of Treasury in the development and enhancement of treasury processes and procedures.
• Provide analysis and reporting on risk appetite, market risk, market risk controls and liquidity risk limits.
• Review of new products to identify material risks and ensure appropriate risk management and controls are in place throughout the product life cycle.
• Support the further development of the group’s liquidity stress testing scenarios and subsequent implementation.
• Provide Input and support regulatory filings for capital adequacy, ICARA and Wind Down plans.
• Provide First line assurance of Safeguarding procedures and act as the first line of escalation for any discrepancies.
• Support the Head of Treasury with Strategy and implementation of the future state function.
• Line manager to Treasury team responsible for daily activities.
• Provide support and input into Ad hoc Treasury and wider business projects as they may arise.

What we are looking for:

• A strong working knowledge of Foreign Exchange and associated cash management activities.
• Previous exposure to the Foreign Exchange and payments industry.
• Strong analytical mindset
• Strong Excel skills
