As we begin to reopen our businesses and continue to invest in the development of our people, we are looking for a Senior Training Manager who can support and develop our Training Managers. Working within our Learning & Development Team, you will be able to inspire our Training Managers in delivering a centrally led, positive training programme.

The ideal person will be able to conduct regular reviews with their team of Training Managers to monitor performance and support with individual and team development. They will be able to coach their team to success whilst ensuring they continue to reduce team turnover and increase internal progression across the business.

The Senior Training Manager also has these additional responsibilities:

  • To support the Career Development Manager with forecasting for our Award-Winning Training Programme, including financial impacts & Reports
  • Collating any meeting issues to be reviewed regularly
  • To work with the Success Coach to develop the Accelerator programme and ensure our Front of House training programme is delivering the best service to our customers from foundation to management level
  • For keeping regular communications with the Digital Learning Team regarding all training programmes ensuring all content is of a high standard & reviewed regularly
