Position Summary

As a technical product manager, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for platform integrations. You’re defining how our platform interfaces with any data source, which is a huge and exciting task! This is a highly strategic role that requires the combination of vision, strategic thinking, and tactical execution to bring it this to life. You will collaborate with other product leaders to ensure that we are developing a cohesive product strategy to deliver the magic to our clients. This role requires you to fly high with the strategy and fly low with the execution – a rare combination of end to end ownership.

This role requires a high degree of integrity, motivation, discipline, energy, persistence, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges with a pragmatic approach. Someone who is highly strategic, thinks through the impacts of their decisions and plays out the best path forward, while ensuring no time is lost on the execution front. A driver who has a bias for action but also is highly emotionally intelligent to understand that how you get things done is equally as important as getting them done.

Duties & Accountabilities

  • Own roadmap and delivery of integrations with 10+ providers and partners
  • Analyze competitive offerings to inform your strategy and the strategy of the software product integrations
  • Effectively communicate strategy & trade-offs to senior leaders
  • Validate demand and prioritize requirements based on market and customer needs
  • Establish product vision and translate into roadmap to deliver highly competitive and differentiated new product to the market
  • Translate product features and capabilities to value proposition and differentiated benefits to communicate with users and customers
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful launch and support go-to-market
  • Connect customer insights and data to product strategies, ensuring everything we do is customer-centric
  • Monitor delivery of backlog and partner with development leadership to ensure delivery of desired functionality
  • Create, manage and prioritize the backlog with your development teams to bring your desired functionality to life

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or integrations with B2B SaaS, PaaS or IaaS software
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale software platforms
  • Passion for technology, and the business opportunities that it presents, with the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics to deliver vision and strategy
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate at all levels
  • Customer first mentality – desire to deliver the best possible user experience to customers
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to define clear platform success metrics and drive the organization to deliver against those
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and lean product management principles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $104 ,333.00 - 184,339.00 USD Annual . Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
