So what does this role look like?

We are looking for a motivated and passionate self-learner who thrives on finding sound solutions to sometimes complex problems and takes ownership of their work. If you have proven critical thinking skills and the ability to proactively problem solve and develop out of the box solutions, then this could be the perfect role for you!

This opportunity is a stand alone role which will see you working as part of a wider Global team (reporting to the Head of Business Systems, in Australia) whilst supporting the respective region as an experienced team member which others within the team and across the organisation will rely on to provide guidance and support.

To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of the Phocas BI suite of applications, environment and architecture, including cloud organisation, on-premis sites, sync, designer, vacuum and corporate applications including Devolutions, Office 365 (including outlook), Jira and Confluence using tools such as FTP, Remote Desktop, Microsoft SQL & Internet Information Services (IIS), as you will be troubleshooting and supporting these applications and systems used throughout the organisation.

Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Administering, deploying, integrating, and supporting internal systems including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and SaaS business applications.
• Use automation to overcome challenges at scale and to reduce repetitive manual processes.
• Review and approve changes and pull requests.
• Proactively find and reduce technical debt.
• Work on both project and support activities to deliver value to the organization.
• Demonstrate technical excellence, best practice, and operational quality standards through their own technical tasks.
• Ensuring that internal systems are compliant with security, compliance, and risk policies and frameworks.
• Collaborating with users to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve production issues.
• Maintaining system documentation and user guides.
• Providing local support to users, including the management of hardware devices and assets.
