As a Kuehne+Nagel core warehouse management system (WMS) analyst you will consult with colleagues relating to the functions and features of the WMS, assuming global responsibility and working amongst a variety of customers and industries. This means that you will play an essential role in the successful roll-out of our global SwiftLOG warehouse management system.
Your Responsibilities
- To be the functional Subject Matter Expert in SwiftLOG WMS which is based on Blue Yonder WM 2021 (formerly JDA).

- Recommend SwiftLOG WMS improvements to Product Management to ensure warehousing and logistics processes meet business requirements.
- Act as the system best practices guardian and technical evangelist.
- Provide functional system analysis and third level functional support.
- Offer system functionality consultancy to the technical and implementation teams (you’ll work with both regional and national implementation teams).
- Actively contribute to problem and incident management as well as acting as the vendor management escalation expert.

- In-depth and hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder WM (ex. JDA) 2018 and above is essential.
- We’re looking for comprehensive experience in and a proven track record of successful implementations on Blue Yonder WM.
- Expertise and understanding of operational warehouse processes, if you have knowledge of warehouse control systems, hardware and integration too that would be ideal.
- Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and able to explain complex points simply; sound knowledge of continuous improvement practices and tools.
- A high degree of self-motivation and self-discipline; good organisation and prioritisation skills are very important in this role.

If you would like to become a valued member of our team then we will also make sure that you’re rewarded for your commitment and expertise. We are offering a competitive salary with discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance and private health insurance. You will also have the opportunity to join the contributory Kuehne + Nagel pension plan and benefit from our Route 2 Rewards scheme which offers discounts and savings on a wide range of high street or internet goods and services.
