This role operates with documented guidelines and procedures from playbooks.Handling customer phone calls or chat messages - all requests are received via customer tickets.Senior System Administrator Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that our centrally-managed systems and technology applications are accessible and available to every single enterprise user who needs them.Basic RequirementsWe hire candidates with proven abilities in system administration and capable of supporting cloud technologies.
