Mount View is a purpose-built development which will specialise in supporting individuals with autism, complex needs & challenging behaviour. This is a chance to be part of a brand new team who will shape the service from the very beginning and make it a flagship service serving the people of Rochdale and surrounding Greater Manchester boroughs.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be a key member of our senior team supporting our staff team to provide high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital.
The role can be extremely challenging in terms of behaviours however it is also very rewarding, resilience and experience working in similar environment is an advantage but not essential.
