We are looking to recruit a Senior Student Records Officer to start immediately until the end of September. Working Monday - Friday 35hrs per week. Pay £21.14ph. Based near South Kensington. They would consider requests to work from home, but only if you have your own set up as they are unable to provide equipment to support remote working.

  • Use reporting and analytics tools to routinely identify issues in the management of student records across the College and their impact on downstream systems.

  • Use reporting and analytics tools to routinely identify student cases which require further investigation or discussion, including instances where students may be at risk of breaching regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance services to departments and work with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve support available to departments.

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes by increasing efficiency, removing duplication, or reducing wasted effort.

  • Maintain and develop documents and procedures relevant to the area of work including, for example, process maps, data dictionaries, decision workbooks and/or system integration business rules
