Senior Strategic Asset Management Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Infrastructure Advisory team, to lead the delivery of advisory projects across highways and rail and assist in developing services in the water and energy sectors. The position will be suited to a person with a consistent high-quality track record in the delivery of strategic planning with a background in infrastructure asset management or similar discipline. You will possess sufficient experience to be able to independently apply your knowledge in an advisory context.

The Role

This Senior Consultant role is predominately focused on service delivery. Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, dynamic, curious and technically strong; able to work independently and guide others working alongside you. You will coordinate delivery and contribute to developing great client relationships to support the development of a pipeline of opportunities for key target clients including Highways England and Network Rail with involvement in national and potentially international commissions. You will also support collaboration with the wider Arup strategic asset management and transport planning community. We will provide the opportunity to become involved in a wide variety of projects across multiple infrastructure clients.

This is a key role in our Infrastructure Advisory business that will support and enable the growth of the Advisory Services stream of our business plan.

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams, typically comprising a mix of skills and competencies. Each project team size varies depending on the scope and scale of our client’s briefs.
