As a Senior Architect, you will lead engagement within accounting toreporting, Cash and Bank engineering team for assigned implementation releases from explore to implementation owing the end to end delivery. You will partner with our business product owners in translating EPICs into user stories and then delivering them in realizing best possible business outcome while following enterprise architecture framework.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for technology delivery within Maersk Finance and Banking team for assigned releases
• Lead across all phases of implementation cycle from explore to release and driving post-go-live steady state
• Responsible for project financials while ensuring best possible business outcome delivery
• Hands on managing team of SAP engineers
• Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on ATR, Cash and Bank process to ensure accounting needs are delivered
• Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• Contribute to developing product and agile practices across Maersk
• Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant

We are looking for

• Experience working asSAP Finance and Banking expertor project delivery manager for around 10 years
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projectswith role as finance and banking lead
• In depth domain knowledge in the Finance, Banking, BCM, In Hose Banking, Cash Management area
• Experience in working with finance, banking and treasury business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
• Expert experience across multiple SAP modules of SAP FI/CO, Banking & Treasury, In House Cash, Bank Communication, Cash Management, Cash applications, Automated Payment process, Payment medium exchange, SWIFT Integration.
• Experience of working with SAP MM, SD, HR, TM modules integration of Finance and Banking process
• Previous experience of projects where SAP FICA was used
• Proven experience with managing complex stakeholders and ability to influence without authority
• Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
• Experience of large and complex Programs
• Experience in developing roadmap for Accounting and Finance process
• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
• Good problem solving & communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or IT related discipline
• Collaborative mindset across business functions
• Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
