In this role, you will help create a world-class user experience for employees, managers, and human resources professionals who use ADP’s cloud-based, AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, Workforce Management, HR, and benefits solutions.

Role

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable coding in and have a good working knowledge of the following

• C# and .Net framework
• TSQL / SQL
• Javascript, Web Components, CSS, and HTML
• NodeJs, React and Mongo would be a bonus
• You know how to deliver a project on time while mentoring younger developers to improve and succeed
• You fit right in with our best developers who are enthusiastic, creative, collaborative, accountable, motivated and enjoy staying current on new technologies
• You’ll always be looking for new ways to improve and create better experiences for our users

What You’ll Do

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

• Coding - Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with deadlines and coding standards
• Scrums - You’ll start every day with a scrum, working with your team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities
• Collaboration - You’ll work with product owners, designers, developers and testers to create performant and effective software for the end-user
• Learning - You’re always learning new technologies and processes with tools such as Udemy and other training courses, conferences ADP offers, and operating with a "learn as you go" approach with a willingness to figure out new ways of doing things
• Variety of work - There is no typical day. You could be working on anything from production defects, tooling, UX to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating entirely new services
  

A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.
