We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer C#.net with a strong understanding of modern software development practices to help us build and maintain technical excellence in the 3D Design

• Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders and the Scrum team to discuss, define and capture solution requirements.

• Participate alongside other team members in Scrum activities such as sprint planning and estimating, backlog refinement, daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.

• Design and implement feature enhancements and defect resolutions following software development practices.

• Coordinate with other teams and individuals, including technical managers, scrum masters, product specialists and security advisors, to ensure proposed solutions consider multiple perspectives and both functional and non-functional concerns.

• Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered to the team’s shared quality standards.

• Support and steer other team members, using your understanding and enthusiasm for modern software development practices to grow and maintain technical excellence in the 3D

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate both a broad and deep understanding of at least one object-oriented language, with examples from recent experience in a similar development role.

• You have practised requirements capture, software design, implementation to coding standards, unit testing, code review, and delivery to users. You have used source code management tools such as mercurial or git.

• You have a strong working understanding of modern software development practices such as design patterns, SOLID principles, automated testing and static analysis.

• You have coached and/or mentored others to adopt new technologies, tools and practices.

• You have excellent communication and relationship management skills, and can provide examples of exercising these when working with team members, peers, and leadD designership. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
