The role:

  • Planning, creating, maintaining & executing tests and automation
  • Building and enhancing automated architecture, strategies and frameworks
  • Enabling confidence in changes and frequent releases
  • Exploring and understanding the system under test and it’s context
  • Supporting our internal test community and your wider colleagues
  • Working effectively as part of an agile team
  • Identifying issues and risks within the systems under test
  • Communicating and influencing peers, stakeholders and clients.

Your Profile:

  • An aptitude and passion for learning, sharing and supporting others
  • An understanding of modern testing fundamentals
  • Experience of designing and implementing tests in an agile environment
  • Experience with writing automation tests for UI and APIs
  • A strong knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language eg Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc
  • Experience of using a distributed version control systems such as GIT
  • A pragmatic logical mind that enjoys solving problems
  • Experience working as part of a team in agile software development
