Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

· Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements.

· Lead the development and implementation of complex software projects from concept to delivery.

· Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems.

· Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Python, etc.

· Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Work closely with QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure software quality.

· Architect and maintain the overall structure of software applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and code documentation.

Skills/Qualification/Experience Required:

· Proven expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the role, e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.

· Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.

· Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Expertise in database design and management, with proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Strong experience with web application development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
