Connect2Socialwork are looking for a locum Senior Social Worker with extensive CAMHS extensive to cover a maternity leave with a private hospital.

You will be based from a Tier 4 low secure hospital for young people aged between 12-18 years with mental health, behavioural or psychological difficulties.

You will act as a Safeguarding Lead, conduct & complete investigations, act as a senior member of the team and provide supervision to other social workers on other sites.

Candidates Will Ideally Have
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience of working with children and adolescents in a mental health or similar team
  • HCPC registration
  • Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Be able to work under pressure and in stressful and challenging situations
  • Be able to demonstrate sensitivity, vigilance and professionalism in their work
  • Have a can-do attitude and flexible approach
  • Eligible to work in the UK
