We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Façade Site Manager to join a specialist envelope sub-contractor and work on major projects. Our Client My client are a specialist building envelope sub-contractor. They specialise in the full envelope including curtain walling and cladding. Now they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. About the Role
  • To organise and control directly employed and sub-contract labour.
  • To approve Time Sheets and sub-contract labour invoices.
  • To programme works to suit agreed programme.
  • To ensure that materials are ordered and deliveries meet programme requirements.
  • Delivering toolbox tallks
  • To ensure that the works are carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements.
  • Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specification.
  • Liaise with Company employed subcontractors and ensure work meets our requirements.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and the Main Contractor/Client.
  • Attend site meetings as required. About the Candidate
  • Must have at least 3 years experience Facade Site management experience.
  • Must have experience with cladding
  • Must have experience of managing projects of £5m+
  • Must come from a facade background
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
