The role is hybrid working, 70-75% at home and 25-30% travelling to our office locations across the UK including London and Altrincham.This is a new role and an exciting time to join us as we develop the company’s full SharePoint and Microsoft Power App estate. The role will deliver meaningful value using the Microsoft tech stack while designing efficient applications, workflow and data sharing across the platform.In addition to bringing your technical skills, you will also have excellent communication and key stakeholder management skills to enable great working relationships with members of the operational teams, branch staff and functional heads of departments to deliver change and project objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIncluding, but not limited to:
  • Take a lead role in the development, technical design and building of business applications and solutions using Microsoft Technology, with key focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Work with the internal IT support team and/or service provider(s) to implement and manage the SharePoint, M365, and Power platforms.
  • Responsible for end-to-end SharePoint migration from on-prem to SharePoint online.
  • Responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint and Power App systems, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code
  • Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
  • Building fully functional and business aligned applications in the Microsoft Power platform
Ideal Candidates
  • Must have experience with SharePoint, MS365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Must have experience with Data Verse
  • Experience with Azure Automation in Power Shell, Azure SQL Server, Azure Function Apps, Azure Power BI Embedded Capacity, Azure DevOps
  • Desired Experience of SPFx using all of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, PnPJs, Office UI fabric
  • Must have exceptional communication skills with active listening and the clear ability to articulate messages
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to interpret specifications for system requirements
