Senior Sales Negotiator – Rochdale - £25,000 basic DOE

Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take that next step in to a senior position?

A professional and unique Estate Agency based in Rochdale are now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy and modern office.

What you will be doing

  • Working in the Sales Department of this busy Agency
  • Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties
  • Booking property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
  • Office based negotiator

What you will have

  • Previous Property Sales experience is essential
  • Knowledge of the area and local property market would be beneficial
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
