Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Executive will be involved in occasional customer field visits, some overseas travel, and attendance at trade exhibitions. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers and administration staff.

Develop inquiries, build a sales pipeline, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key account development and management.

Foster harmonious working relationships with all other areas of the company, including daily dialogue with the manufacturing group.

Assist senior management with planning, budgeting, and business development.

Experience Required:

Background in the marine industry, working in a technical/engineering-related environment.

Either currently operating as a sales manager or aspiring to take the first step into sales management.

Possess energy, enthusiasm, and ambition, thriving on challenges and a sense of achievement.

Hold a current UK driving license.
