Who are you?

You wake up every morning with a passion for Sales and with enthusiasm for your day. You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to multi-task and use various channels such as phone, email, and social media to develop prospects and pipeline opportunities.

A thirst for knowledge about the HR industry and The People Experience Hub products and solutions will be at your core with a desire to be constantly learning.

You will love talking about our product to prospects and be able to clearly show the value and USP’s.

You will be tenacious, with a can-do attitude and the outlook that every ‘no’ is one step closer to a ‘yes’.

Speaking to new people and striking up conversations should excite you, with a view to developing great relationships with prospects and colleagues. There will be opportunities to attend conferences and events throughout the year which may require overnight stays, but this should be seen as a great tool to meet new prospects and develop new connections.

A previous track record of meeting sales targets would be an advantage, along with proof of managing and maintaining a CRM (Hubspot experience preferred).

We are flexible on where you work, but our expectation would be that you would be present in the office (Towcester, Northamptonshire) at least 2 days a week to collaborate with colleagues.

We expect the person filling this role to be on their way to promotion to Account Executive (if that’s the career path you would like to take!) within 6-12 months with a clear progression path agreed at the start of your journey with us.
