We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Travel Sales team on a permanent basiswith the primary responsibility of creating new business opportunities to the value of circa. £300 - £5m.

This is an exciting time to join our Travel Sales team who are driven to build on their current success and achieve ambitious targets. Bringing in new business for our highly experienced, customer focused specialist business travel consultants.

Full time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time or 4-days a week would also be considered)

Homebased, with occasional trips to our head office in Hessle

Salary: £30,000 per annum (DOE) OTE £39k. The more you achieve, the more you earn!

The role:

As a Senior Sales Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the entire front-end sales process to achieve targets. Creating new business opportunities to the value of circa. £300 - £5m.

Key responsibilities:

  • Researching, generating, and approaching new leads in order to achieve ambitious annual targets
  • Managing the full prospect data set, providing reports on lead quality and driving continuous improvement
  • Managing the marketing reporting to track and improve the quality of inbound leads
  • Managing the LinkedIn Sales Navigator relationship and reporting. Building pipelines for future prospecting

About you:

  • Extensive experience ideally within the corporate travel sector in a B2B sales role
  • A drive and passion to excel
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to built rapport and strong working relationships
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills with a good attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
