My client, a reputable UK Law Firm, are seeking a Senior Resource Manager to join their HR Team.

Reporting to the CFO, the role will be responsible for managing the Resource Team and ensuring optimal effectiveness of allocating work across services areas within the firm, as well as driving development of the function.

Salary circa: £70,000

Location: Flexible - London, Midlands or East of England with hybrid working.

The key duties will include:

• Leading an expanding Resource Team.
• Ensuring maximum effectiveness of the work allocation within specific established service areas.
• Be responsible for the design and delivery of work allocation to new service areas in the firm.
• Work closely with Senior Stakeholders within the organisation to achieve the firm’s dedication to diversity and positive financial growth as well as other strategic projects.
• Decide on ideal resourcing model for the Resource Team as well as the ideal technological solutions for work allocation.

The Senior Resource Manager will need to be able to exhibit strong strategic and operation skills within Resource Management or Work Allocation. They will be able to think critically and at pace to find ideal work solutions. They must be personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at a senior level as well as able to lead and inspire a team. Experience of working in a similar environment such as a law firm or professional service is essential.
