Residential Conveyancer - 5 Years + PQE

A fantastic firm situated in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy residential property department. Successful candidates will have solid Residential Property experience and be able to hit the ground running with at least 5 + PQE. You will be ambitious and keen to progress your career as this role will require you to lead a small residential team.

This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a new experienced Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.

Managing a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, ranging from standard sale & purchase files to more complex work surrounding transfer of equity, equity release and new build matters.
