Residential Property Solicitor - 5 + PQE

A career boosting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join one a highly regarded law firm in East Kent

Due to their success and organic growth, this exceptional firm is on the lookout for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to work closely alongside the existing team.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience up to a more senior level in transactional residential property work. The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, buy to let properties and joint ownerships

You will be working closely alongside the team assisting and managing your own caseload helping to further drive the department forward.
