Senior Resident Liaison Officer

Brief

Senior Resident Liaison Officer needed for a leading Utilities organisation based in Leeds. This is a permanent full-time role covering various sites across Yorkshire.

The successful candidate would desirably have previous resident Liaison experience within the Construction/Social housing sector and strong experience within a customer service-based role.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Senior Resident Liaison Officer will include:

  • Supervise, coach and develop the RLO team effectively in order to deliver the highest standards of service and maximise individual/team potential.
  • Demonstrate a caring and considerate attitude to residents during major works, ensuring the RLOs follow business procedures and deliver a first-class customer service experience to customers and clients
  • Implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure they are achieved so that your team fulfil and exceed the client’s expectation in terms of customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist the Customer Care Manager and Social Value team in positively impacting on communities we work in both during the life of the project but also by helping to leave behind a sustainable legacy when the project ends
  • Ensure relevant communication packs are set up for new contracts and the RLO is set up on site
  • In conjunction with the Site Manager, make the sub-contractors aware of the RLO role on site
  • Ensure correct RLO processes and procedures are being carried out using EMS and Field view.

What experience you need to be the successfulSenior Resident Liaison Officer:

  • Previous resident liaison experience within the construction /social housing sector preferred
  • Previous experience within a customer service-based role
  • Reasonable understanding of construction in social housing
  • Experience of investigating and resolving claims/complaints
  • Presentation skills
  • Computer literate in MS office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc (essential) and Publisher (desired)
  • Report and letter writer
  • Current and valid UK driving license
