What We’re Looking For:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline (natural products chemistry, analytical chemistry, food chemistry, bio-organic chemistry) or relevant degree with proven PhD equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in chemical and analytical research, with a flair for designing and conducting novel research.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex scientific data into meaningful insights that non-chemists can utilize.
  • A self-driven individual with a passion for achieving results even with limited support.
  • A proven track record of collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and manage internal research projects aligned with our WALTHAM® research plan.
  • Lead a team of bright minds, supervising Research Scientists and support staff.
  • Present your groundbreaking research findings to internal stakeholders through scientific reports and presentations.
  • Stay at the forefront of developments in advanced analytical chemistry and complex mixture characterization, applying relevant discoveries to support WALTHAM® research.
