Job Description

The successful Senior Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager will:· Prepare quarterly Own funds reporting for SBE

  • Prepare information for the Recovery and Resolution Plan

  • Prepare the MIS for the monthly ALCO

  • Own the production of the quarterly ICAAP Stress testing for quarterly Risk Committee

  • Own the implementation of CRR2 & CRDV implementation

  • Own the implementation of Pillar 3 disclosure changes as a result of CRR2

  • Assist with the production of annual Pillar 3 disclosures, monitor the Pillar 3 threshold for frequent reporting and assist with semi-annual Pillar 3 disclosures when applicable

  • Analyse the impact of changes to FCA/PRA and COREP returns

  • The incumbent will be the principal subject matter expert for all queries regarding Own funds

  • Perform the daily capital and Large Exposure reporting

  • Ensure that all procedures developed adhere to the bank’s End User Computing guidelines

  • Perform the quarterly and annual update of the Procedures and Guidance documents for Own funds

  • Develop additional controls and process enhancements to improve the accuracy and quality of the regulatory reporting processes. To ensure that these controls meet the requirements of the Regulatory Risk and Controls framework.

· Assist with the maintenance of the OneSumX regulatory reporting software by, helping with UAT and acceptance testing of regulatory reporting software upgrades and investigating discrepancies· Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager:

  • In depth technical experience in regulatory reporting working in an investment banking environment.
  • Good working knowledge of CRD IV, CRR2 and CRD V rules.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory reporting package OneSumX would be preferential.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting
