Internal Recruitment Advisor – Transport and logistics

WS Transportation are looking to welcome a Senior Recruitment Advisor to support our growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a recruitment agency background who is looking to transfer their passion, skillset, and drive into an internal recruitment role. Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure you have a thorough understanding of internal recruitment requirements

· 360 Recruitment supplying permanent workers into our multi-site operation

· Proactively support our operations team with commercial, industrial and driver recruitment vacancies

· Explore new ways of recruiting to ensure we are maximising the available talent pool

· Manage candidate enquiries to enable successful placements - Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks as necessary

· Market vacancies by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and relevant social media platforms

Requirements:

· Proven recruitment experience & account management skills

· A target driven self-starter with the desire to progress within their career

· Previous recruitment experience within transport and logistics would be hugely beneficial

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

· Knowledge of human resources principles and practices

· Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions

· Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
