An exciting standalone recruitment role in the Talent & Efficiency team; sat within the wider People Team has arisen in our Manchester Support Office. This role will be responsible in providing an in house recruitment service to the whole business and will be a blend of resourcing, strategy and day to day admin. The role will be responsible for ensuring that we attract the right skills and talent and improve capability around selection in our Support Offices, Cinemas and Guest Service Centre
Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the end to end recruitment and talent acquisition process for all Support Office salaried vacancies - from advertising to offer stage
  • Support heavily with salaried roles within cinema & guest service centre recruitment
  • Oversee and set out the recruitment process for any hourly paid roles (primarily in cinema)
  • Design and implement changes and improvements to interview processes, including questions, tasks and feedback
  • Review various attraction and talent acquisition methods, in line with Our Incredible Differences to source the best candidates and achieve optimum return on investment within the budget, including agreeing job advertising strategy within budget
  • Manage the Preferred Suppliers List for recruitment services to increase quality, cost effectiveness and brand control
  • Improve capability of line managers around interviewing skills to improve recruitment decisions
  • Partner with Key Stakeholders to create a positive candidate journey
  • Develop and engage a talent pool of future potential candidates to meet future requirements
  • Report on key recruitment stats (volume of vacancies, time to hire, agency spend, diversity & inclusion)
  • Responsible for Careers website content, updating images, career stories and information
  • Manage the ATS (Jobtrain) including account management, daily functionality and any migrations
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to senior team (both in cinema & support office)
  • Ensure SOx and GDPR compliance with all people data and agreed processes Champion our employee brand across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Lead on IR35 and carry out all assessments, manage any audits and ensure the business is compliant at all times
  • Manage any sponsorship and visa queries in line with the new Brexit regulations
  • Report monthly to the Office for National Statistics on vacancies in the business

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in an internal role
  • Mixture of support office and operational recruitment experience
  • Volume recruitment experience
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Strong organisational skills in order to manage multiple roles and projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
