Thames ValleyLeading built asset consultancy with a strong global presence has a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Wokingham office to cover the Thames Valley region.This role presents an excellent prospect for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for providing all core Quantity Surveying services on several interesting projects, for a wide range of Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail clients.You will also be involved in developing and maintaining client relationships and the mentoring of assistant cost managers / cost managers. All the while working alongside a mutually impressive and diverse team.The team is well established and in a period of growth.
