Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 building contractor is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver award winning projects across commercial, education, high-rise accommodation, student accommodation, retail and leisure sectors ranging from £20m - £60m.

Key Duties
  • SQS on major D&B projects from £20m - £60m
  • Procurement and cost value reports (CVRs)
  • Pre & Post Contract Commercial duties
  • Working with clients & sub-contractors

Salary & Package
  • Basic salary of £65,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
