Are you a Senior Quality Engineer that is interested in managing your own team? Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to a hire a motivated Senior Quality Engineer, that wants to be fast tracked into a management role where you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 engineers. My client is at the forefront of their sector, they design and manufacture a wide range of high quality, special purpose products for customers across the globe.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the team, problem solving, controlling non-conformance, maintaining the Quality System, conducting audits and collating KPIs to support continuous improvement activities. Full product training will be given and you will be working to ISO9001 / IATF16949 standards.

The Role

• Playing a fundamental role in the manufacture of high quality products
• Managing internal audits
• Completing risk assessments in line with product risk prevention activities
  

The Candidate

• Previous experience working as a quality engineer in a manufacturing facility
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Familiar with quality tools, SPC, Six sigma, Pareto, FMEAs, Control Plans etc
