I am working with one of the most exciting Global EV Solution providers, who are receiving lots of praise for the innovation they are bringing to market.We are recruiting an experienced Quality Engineer, focusing on automotive development for a diverse set of customer and internal programs. This role will be joining the rapidly expanding global team.Your responsibilities would beConduct problem identification and develop and implement resolutionIdentify and implement continuous improvement activitiesDesign and implement methods for process control, testing and inspectionExecute and analyze quality reporting measuresEnsure supplied components and systems meet specified requirementsQC /QA checking of populated PCBs and assembled products against specifications and customer requirementsPerform visual quality, dimensional (micrometer, calipers) and optical performance testingPerform incoming PCB and electronic materials inspection to ensure complianceWhat you will receiveExtremely competitive salary – undefined salary rangeFlexible working optionsThe opportunity to help guide a growing automotive company to its successYou should haveBachelors degree in EngineeringISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 experienceAuditor certification in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949Demonstrated skill in analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving10+ years automotive industry experience in qualityExperienced in qualifying various gauges and measurement systemsStrong background of successfully applying quality tools used in automotive industry (Electric Vehicle experience preferred)Capability of delivering quality training cross functionally and at all levels in the organizationSix Sigma and Lean certification preferredThorough understanding of APQP, FMEA’s, Control Plans, Flow Diagrams and In Process InspectionOrganization and time management skillsAbility to operate with remote supervisionSelf-motivated and goal-oriented personality with a strong personal drive for successDemeanour required to work with the ambiguity of a start-up organizationAbility to work with and influence othersExperience with Microsoft Office (all applications), Gauge calibration applications, Minitab Statistical AnalysisFULL RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK - VISA SPONSORSHIP/SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLEPLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME J.REES@MANE.CO.UK TO REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
