The ideal Brovanture candidate will have experience in managing an Oracle finance implementation project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

· Meeting with clients & Brovanture consultants to identify project requirements, delivery timelines & costs

· Seamless working with ERP consultants to ensure efficient transfer of data from ERP -EPM

· Developing detailed Project Plans to guide clients, staff and project teams & revising based on changing needs and requirements

· Knowing and understanding the skillsets experience and strengths of staff members

· Monitoring project performance to feed into cash flow

· Preparing project status reports for clients

· Working with the Directors to ensure Contract, Statement of Work integrity and risk analysis

Qualifications

· Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 etc

. 5+ years experience in a project management role

· Self-aware, confident and positive

· Strong management & influencing skills

· Proven ability of delivering projects on time, to spec and on budget

· An open, honest, professional and friendly disposition with a keen eye to detail.

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
