Job Summary An exciting opportunity to join a well established Digital Consultancy working with start up and SME businesses across the UK. Client Summary Our client is a specialist Digital Consultancy working with UK start up and scaling businesses. They provide a range of different digital services and web development services to help SME’s develop their online and digital presence. Key Job Responsibilities. As a Senior Project Manager you will be an integral part of the wider Service Management team who are responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects across the UK. The focus will be to provide advice, expertise and strategic support across the project lifecycle. Role Responsibilities Establish and maintain client relationships at all levels through first class engagement. Manage a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion. Create project documentation, specifications, proposals and timing plans. Work with the wider creative teams and collaborate on various projects. Communication with the client throughout the project, providing updates on project progress, budgets and time frames. What are they looking for? Previous experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a creative or digital agency/consultancy. A strong understanding of web development, digital marketing or Ecommerce A basic working understanding of Project Management lifecycles or methodologies. Exceptional organisation skills, time management and communication. Customer centric values and mindsets. Able to demonstrate experience with new and exiting clients throughout a project.
