Thorn Baker are working with a popular fit out contractor based in Staffordshire who are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Project Manager as a result of growth and an increase in demand. They cover projects of varying value from £100,000 up to £3,000,000 across different sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality.

What we are looking for?

  • 5+ years experience managing and delivering fit out projects
  • Ability to manage multiple sites - dependent on value
  • Cost control experience
  • Able to communicate at site and client level
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages (word, excel, project)
  • Communicate efficiently between internal teams
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Team player
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
